External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha has more than Rs 1.54 crore assets to his credit.

Election office sources said the minister had deposits worth Rs 9,78,057 in various banks and financial institutions, besides having an apartment of 500 square yards at Noida (sector 15A) in Uttar Pradesh.

The apartment is worth Rs one crore.

Sinha has also bonds, debenture and share in companies- RBI Relief Bond worth Rs 8,00,000, NHB capital gains bonds of Rs 14,00,000, SBI Saving bonds of Rs 23,50,000 and jewellery worth around Rs 1,50,000.

Besides having a Tata mobile car, he has showed immovable assets like agricultural land (0.86 acre) at Hupad village in Hazaribag

For outsiders : Ranchi is Capital of Jharkhand. Nearest metro is Calcutta or Kolkata. To visit Ranchi most likely You will take a flight for Calcutta or Kolkata. Previously it was part of Bihar. They are still same people .Even now they marry (matrimonial) from other state.
