Dear Webmaster,
I have certain comments for this portal.First and foremost thanks for connecting Ranchi through this portla to the web.(1) May i request you to kindly change the photographs of the Albert Ekka Chowk as it does not give a very good image of the city.You may alternatively use the snaps of HEC Factory,or may be the Mecon or SAIL Building,Aerial view of the city from the Ranchi Hill.(2)Some people have expressed very negative views about the city and its people,if possible i would like to pass on my comments to them through your portal.Please do not judge a city and its people after interacting with just a handful of its residents or should i say floating population who come to the city for education or job purpose stay for a couple of years and drift away. Some of the comments by Priya and Soumya above have written something about "Staring at Girls" at Girls by Ranchi Boys.Here i would like to mention that if they visit Pune or,Bangalore etc which have today become the Mecca of education in India the situation is still worse, and our very own Indian Capital is the worst, what with the frequent news of atrocities commited on women.I guess our very own Ranchi is a better place to live in than these so called Metros,where people are richer,more educated,modern and open minded but the misdeeds reported from these places show the sick mentality of these cities.
Last but not the least i would definitely like to mention that yes Ranchi lacks good opportunities in terms of employment and education,very few blue chip companies have set up office here.Students whose family can afford generally go out for Studies to other places after they finished 12th Std.and more so as in my case,take up good employment opportunities outside the city and just dream for the day when Ranchi would also have good opportunities and excellent education standards,so that one can look forward to go back to the place where rightfully there home is.
I hope you post this on this portla for every one else to see.

Hey Guys, spammers are misusing the comments threads. I have to clean everyday. Hence decided to disable comments feature.
But, good part is, Ranchites can still talk/chat/post comment on a better system.
